CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients receive automated reminders via text or email. Please confirm or reschedule in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. To maintain a relaxing and safe atmosphere, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a late cancellation (30%) or no-show (50%) depending on the time. All cancellations or reschedule requests must be sent through the booking system, text, or direct contact with your stylist. Instagram DMs are not monitored for cancellations. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible.
